921105: - Updated README file
In my first posting I mentioned two `bugs':
dvips: after rescaling an A4 into an A5 some horizontal lines
in a page filling table dissappeared. It turned
out that it was caused by implicit tranformations
done by the LPS spooling software (not a bug in
		    dvips).
gs252: I mentioned that gs 2.5.2 had problems in handling
mttest.ps. It turned out that the problem was caused
by compiling ghostscript with `gcc -O' on our
DECstations (Ultrix 4.2) and not by GhostScript.
I used parr (a Perl-program) to reorder the dvips PostScript
output into booklet order. This Perl-program does not treat
PostScript Document Comments correctly. If you want to make
a booklet from an A4 PostScript document, because your
PostScript printer can't do it, you can better use the tools
psbook, psselect and pstops. Ask `archie' where you can find
them. (An alternative would be to use dvidvi to rearrange
the dvi output before converting it to PostScript.)

	- changed MakeTeXPK so that "<Whatever <Filename.ext" in
	  psfonts.map is handled correctly

921114: - updated mathtime.sty with new version from Don Hosek (ftp-ed from
	  ymir.claremont.edu:[anonymous.tex.inputs.latex-contrib])
