The maintainer of the dictionary, whoever this will be, should
*not only* update the base dictionary (e.g. "de.dic") but *also*
add the words to "remove.dic" and "addon.dic", which should
contain the differences to the original base dictionary file.

*Do not* delete any words in either "remove.dic" or "addon.dic",
keep the old entries instead, even if the base dictionary is
up-to-date. This way the user can apply only these two files to
the base dictionary and doesn't lose his/her own modifications.

If you have a chance to download only "remove.dic" and "addon.dic"
(e.g. from a future WinEdt-Web-Site), then you (as a user) can
update your dictionary without wasting bandwidth.
